After years of friendship, Emily and David started dating in their senior year of high school.

They continued dating through college as Emily attended Rutgers University and David attended DeVry University.

They went on their first vacation together to the Caribbean.

David moved to Connecticut in January 2020 for work. During the pandemic Emily spent lots of time there and officially moved in after graduation in 2021.

First international trip together to Spain and Portugal.

They got engaged at one of their favorite places, Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut where David proposed with the assistance of their favorite animal, a Beluga Whale.
